Country Progress

Countries under the Eastern and Southern Africa (ESA) Commitment are dedicated to achieving the Commitment targets.

An accountability framework linked to the ESA Commitment was developed, and will be the key tool used by the Eastern African Community (EAC) and the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to track progress. The framework monitors 20 key indicators with specific year-end targets for 2015, 2017 and 2020.
