Comprehensive Sexuality Education- the challenges and opportunities of scaling up

There are strong arguments for investing in and implementing comprehensive sexuality education programmes and for scaling these programmes up. According to the 2011 UN Millennium Development Goals Report (UN, 2011), nearly 23 per cent of people living with HIV globally are under the age of 25.
